ACTIVITY: NEWFISH imports frozen fish from several origins around the world and commercialize it in both national and export markets.
With commercial and production presence in some of the main fisheries worldwide NEWFISH offers processing solutions directly from origin to adequate our products (cuts, presentations and formats/packagings) to the specific needs of each of our customers always depending on which selling channel they operate in (food service, modern distribution, industry etc… .).
We also offer product consulting taking into account the global possibilities of each fishery (in species, processing capabilities…), the specific product needs of each selling channel and the costs associated to each potential alternative.
We sell our products ex-works our cold warehouses in Vigo, DDP customer facilities or CFR destination port addressed by customer.

ORIGENS AND SPECIES:
- Namibia & SouthAfrica: (Offices and own structure in Walvis Bay, Namibia): cape hake, monkfish, kingklip, tuna (yellow fin, alalunga, skipjack), sword fish, mako shark, blue shark, hammerhead, angelfish, squid, langoust etc… .
- Argentina: hubbsi hake, hoki hake, nototenia, brotola… .
- Malasya & Maurice: tuna (all types), mahi-mahi, sword fish… .
- Filipines & Papua & New Guinea: tuna (all types).
- Corea: swordfish, mako shark… .
- Central America: Shrimp (vannamei).
- China: prawn, chinese monk.
- Turkey: White prawn, smelt.
- Greek: anchovie.
- Others: Mackerel and horse Mackerel in season.

Cuts: Skin/less and Skin/on fillets, married fillets, PBI (Pin bone in) or PBO (Pin bone out) fillets, loins (natural and formed), centres, bellies, steaks, H&G (Headed & Gutted), WR (Whole Round), portions, sirloins, cubes etc… .

Presentations: IWP (Individually Wrapped), INT (Interleaved or Interlaminated), IQF (Individually Quick Frozen), vaccum, blocks… .

Formats (packaging): Fix weight cartons, variable weight cartons, retail packaging (300gr, 400 gr cases…) in master cartons, bulk, plastic bags in cartons etc… .
